PRODUCT RETURNS FOR:
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, UNWANTED, ORDERED BY MISTAKE, AND MISSING PARTS
In the unfortunate event that your order sustained shipping damage or is missing any items, simply contact Biome Exotics and we will get you taken care of. Products must be received by Biome Exotics in their original packaging, undamaged, and in unused condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please note that Biome Exotics will not except any returns on Live animals, subscriptions, liquid products, and other Perishable Goods. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned unwanted items or those ordered by mistake. Upon receipt of the returned product/s we will promptly inspect them. Biome Exotics reserves the right to determine if the claim is warranted prior to shipping out a replacement or issuing a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing account. Any refunds offered will not include the original shipping costs. Any claims made after the 30 day period will not be honored. Returns should be mailed to: 24000 Hawkins Creamery Ct., Gaithersburg, MD 20882, ATTN: Returns. This policy is to protect Biome Exotics LLC from any false claims and fraud.
*Any products returned to us that have been damaged or have missing parts due to shipping mishandling will not receive a refund. To avoid this, please consider insuring high dollar items being returned. This can be done through your preferred shipper.
