CITES & IUCN PROTECTED ANIMAL IMPORT/EXPORT LEGAL DISCLOSURE:
Biome Exotics complies with all laws concerning the import and export of protected species under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora. At the current time, all Lygodactylus williamsi for sale are listed as CITES Appendix I and require a permit to be sold outside of the continental United States. Due to these regulations, Biome Exotics currently sells to only US based customers.
For your convenience, and when applicable, we mark all captive bred animals clearly notating whether they are protected by CITES Appendices I, II, or III and if they are on the IUCN Red List.
For easy identification, we will mark all protected animals using the following symbols/logo's.
